1. What is KFYN8?
KFYN8 is a zero-sugar, zero-calorie, non-carbonated focus drink with 100 mg caffeine and 200 mg L-theanine. It is designed to give calm focus and clean energy with no jitters and no crash. It is not soda and not a fizzy energy drink. It is meant for study, work, workouts, gaming, and long days.
2. Is KFYN8 carbonated like soda?
No, KFYN8 is completely non-carbonated. There is no gas, no fizz, and no heaviness, making it lighter on the stomach and gut-friendly. It is not a soda-type drink. It feels smooth and easy to sip.
3. Is KFYN8 sugar-free and gluten/lactose free?
Yes, KFYN8 has zero sugar and zero calories and is both lactose-free and gluten-free with no added colour. It suits fitness-conscious users and those avoiding unnecessary sugar. Diabetics should consume only after medical advice.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer due to courier connectivity. You will receive tracking details after dispatch so you can monitor the shipment.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we follow a prepaid-only policy for all orders. This helps reduce fake or refused orders and prevents product wastage in transit. You can pay via UPI, cards, wallets, or net banking, and orders are processed after successful payment.
6. Are orders refundable?
Orders are non-refundable once placed. Refunds are given only in rare cases such as damaged, leaked, or wrong product delivery after proper verification. Change of mind or taste preference does not qualify for a refund.
7. Are orders returnable?
KFYN8 is a non-returnable food product, so returns are not accepted once delivered. This is due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations. Only replacement in case of verified transit damage is applicable.
8. What if my order is damaged or leaked on arrival?
If your order arrives damaged or leaked, we will replace the affected quantity. You must share photos and an unboxing video along with your order ID within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without proof or raised late cannot be processed.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, cancellation is not possible because courier and handling charges are already incurred. If you wish to cancel, please do it as early as possible.
10. How many bottles can I drink in a day?
Each bottle contains 100 mg caffeine. Most healthy adults can safely consume 1–2 bottles per day depending on their caffeine tolerance. It is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people highly sensitive to caffeine.
